Returns and exchanges are available within 14 days from the date of receipt, under the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original condition.
  
• It must be unused and unwashed.
  
• Packaging and the invoice/order number must be included.
  
• The refund will be processed using the original payment method after the product has been inspected.

During promotional and discount periods:

• No returns are accepted.
  
• Exchanges are allowed only within 3 days from the date of receipt.
  
• The item must be in its original condition and unused.
